Frequently Asked Questions

What should I wear?

We recommend wearing spandex, bike pants or shorts. Avoid wearing loose long pants as they can get in the way. We strongly recommend wearing a heart rate monitor.

What if I have never been to an indoor cycling class?

Our instructors will give you all the advice and help you need! You are in control of your ride and no one else, have fun and enjoy yourself.  INDOOR CYCLING is awesome, but definetly give yourself  4 or 5 classes to get the hang of it.

Do you have changing rooms?

No.. We have one bathroom and a locker area with locks.

Do I need special shoes?

No, but if you have them great.  Proper indoor cycling shoes will allow you to really connect with the bike properly. We recommend a shoe with a hard sole but tennis shoes are OK. All of our bikes are SPD compatible.

What do I bring with me to class?

You will definitely need a water and a towel!  We do have both available for purchase.  Also, make sure to bring your energy and positive attitude!

Great! We ask that all applicants please take at least three rides at the studio prior to applying for an audition.
